We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your InItPic account and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the InItPic app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab (tap the person icon in the bottom navigation).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Delete" to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Option 2: Delete Online (No Login Required)
Enter the email address associated with your InItPic account. We'll send you a confirmation link to permanently delete your account.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

| Order & transaction records | Retained | Up to 7 years (legal/tax) |
| Anonymized analytics | Retained | Indefinite (non-identifiable) |
⚠ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All your photos, matches, favorites, and profile data will be permanently erased.
If you have pending print orders, they will still be fulfilled, but you will not
be able to track them after deletion.
