How the indexing pipeline works

When you upload, every photo is processed in three passes. First, the image gets watermarked and a thumbnail is generated. Second, faces are detected and indexed into a Rekognition collection scoped to your event. Third, clothing colors below each detected face are extracted, which powers the secondary outfit-match pass for shots where buyers are turned away from camera. All three passes finish within seconds per photo, in parallel across a queue.

How payouts work

You get 85% of every digital photo sale, paid out via Stripe Connect. Print products carry a Printify fulfillment cost plus a configurable platform margin (default 100% markup on the Printify cost). You can see your earnings breakdown live in the dashboard: this month, all time, top event, daily sales chart for the last seven days.

Subscription plans (Free 512MB, Starter 2GB, Pro/Premium unlimited storage) unlock more storage and additional features. Most working photographers start on Starter and move to Pro after the first multi-day event.

Referrals

Every photographer gets an auto-generated referral code (SNAP plus six characters) on signup. When another photographer signs up using your code, you earn $10 in commission credited to your earnings. Share button on the dashboard handles native share on mobile and clipboard copy on web.
